Our story

A little shop with
big flavor.

Froth & Cork started with a simple idea: build a corner cafe in Hastings where the toasties are pressed to order, the coffee is honest, and the bakery case is stocked by neighbors.

Every toastie is built on panini-pressed sourdough — golden, crackling on the edges, soft in the middle. Breakfast or lunch, we serve them all day because mornings deserve options. GF buns are always available, and our seasonal board rotates with what's best right now: Mac n' Cheese in the cold months, Tuna Melts and Summertime Chicken Salad when the river thaws.

On the bar, we pour 1883 syrups, layer in Hollander sauces, and blend Smart Fruit smoothies — clean-label everything, because good ingredients make good drinks.

Hastings' beloved bakery delivers our daily pastries and breads. Family-run since the 1950s and still the warmest case in town.

Hand-baked mini banana bread loaves with that just-out-of-the-oven softness. Hard to eat just one.

Sift Gluten Free

Gluten, dairy free, and vegan baked goods that don't taste like a compromise. Our GF guests rejoice.
